Specific Placement Recommendations:
Head - magnets may be placed to surround the skull, or simply at painful trigger points.
Knee or ankle - try to surround the joint, emphasizing the sides.
Wrist - front and back placement seems to be best.
Elbow - surrounding the joint is best - target the bones at the sides of the elbow joint.
Hip - placement over the hipbones seems best; this joint generally does not respond as well as others.
Spine - placement over the spine or on both sides of it are best; some studies report the combination of spine and abdomen to be more effective.
Shoulder - placement on the front and back is best.
Neck - over or on either side of the spine, also at the juncture of the spine and skull.
